Gymnastics

WARNING: These pictures are not the best. I took my little camera with me so I would not have to lug the big thing and worry about dropping it onto someones head. So not the best of pictures but they do well enough.

Our moms club has kept us pretty busy lately with some really cool new ideas. This time we all gathered at FlipSide Gymnastics. We had the place to ourselves and an hour to just play on all their fun stuff.

We had a big turn out. Here we are stretching out to start our day.
Touch our toes.

Then it was off to the races. We did the trampoline

The long trampoline (not sure what it was called but I am sure it had some kind of gymnastic name)

Then it was a leap of faith into the foam pit.

We got to play with the parachute.

And swing from a rope into another foam pit.
There was so much to do. By time the hour was up I had two very tired and very hungry children. But it was a great way to spend a rainy Monday morning.

Girls night

Allie invited some of her friends over Friday night for a Bonn fire, some roasted hot dogs and of course every kids favorite Smores!!! They started to arrive around 5pm however she was asking since she woke up from nap when they would come!

All the kiddos around the fire roasting their hot dogs. We only lost one to the fire. Boy do roasted hot dogs taste better than microwaved or boiled.
Allie and Taylor

Then we moved onto to the ever so important marshmallow. After that the kiddos were all sugared up and running around screaming. I wish I would of video taped it.
Then it was inside for some dress up and performances. Not sure what their favorite part of the night was. But, I know this ranked pretty high with me! It was so cute

Until next time friends. Allie has now asked me if they can come sleep over! UGH I am not ready for that stage yet. Maybe we can hold off until they are 8.

Christmas photo shoot

They say 3 times is a charm. Well this worked for us. The first photo shoot went sour because the little girl had a fever (though none of us knew that until they got home after the shoot) Tried to reschedule and the little girl then came down with a fever the night before. Well this was the third try. And, let me tell you, the kiddos were a charm to work with! Just a little taste of what I did.
I love this photo. Little brother getting all the attention and Big Sis not liking it a bit!
Can you believe that this little guy is only 6 months old??

And he has mommy wrapped around his little finger.

Thanks guys for letting me take photos of your fun family!

We will miss you!

When a pet passes on, there is an emptiness, a place in our heart that will never again be filled in the same way. We try to remember the playful moments, the quiet moments and the love we all shared. These are the memories of our friend that we can always treasure. We will miss Snoopy, whose passing leaves a gap in our family but will always be present in our heart. No matter how many pets we may have over the years, each is unique, a friend, and when they go away, our life is changed forever.

We will forever miss you Snoopy!!!

Christmas Photo shoot

Today was AWESOME weather. And I thought it would be a great time to go and get the girls pictures done for our Christmas card this year! The weather could not of been any better and the girls had a blast running around (well crawling also) and being a ham for the camera. Here a few shots that I took. I do not have an idea for a Christmas card but I am sure that I will come up with that soon!

Trick Or Treating

This year our little ones were a Black Cat and a Witch. And they made the cutest black cat and witch ever!
Here we are getting ready to leave!!
But wait who knew it was going to be this cold. Grab the heavy coats, blankets and mittens. Now it is time to trick or treat.

Hey Guys look what I got!!!

We went to about 30 houses or so. It was about 2 blocks. Not to bad at all. But, when we got home it was time to see what the loot was. Hmm What all did we get. This was my favorite part when I was little. Throwing all the candy on the floor and looking it though it. Oh good times.

And of course I could not let them go to bed without a sugar high. Cecelia can only have the lollipops, pretzels and animal crackers. But I don't think she minded at all.
And Allies pick?? Of course a Hersey's Bar. MMM Until next year. She is already thinking of what she wants to be. So far it is a girl from Mama Mia (but not any girl the girl at the end with the fancy outfit on), Dorthy or maybe Princess. We shall see there is only 360 more days to think of a costume.

Uno Pizza Tour

My moms club took a tour to Uno's Pizza this week. This is something we have never done. But, believe me, it is not the last time we are going to do this. For $4 you got to go tour the kitchen, make your own pizza, put the pizza in the oven, and the best part eat it when it was cooked.

Here is Allie with her pizza. She could not wait to start to make it
And time to be a little chef. I even bought Cecelia a pizza for her to make. Of course I had to help her make it. But, she enjoyed licking the sauce of the spoon and eating the raw dough.

Then it was time to take a tour of the kitchen and put our pizzas in the oven. How cool is that the kiddos even got to put their own pizzas in!!!

After the tour of the kitchen and walking into the freezer and refrigerator it was time to enjoy our pizza. MMM Both Allie and Cecelia really enjoyed their pizza. Allie ate almost the whole thing and Cecelia ate about 3 pieces!
